All shipments dispatch from Vancouver, Canada. Allow up to 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
During sales, New Arrivals periods, or holiday/peak seasons, there may be delays in processing and shipping due to increased order volumes and carrier limitations. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Redirecting an Order
We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped. Should a package need to be re-delivered due to address errors or refused packages, shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. For this reason, please make sure your address and information is correct.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may also find the tracking number from the "My Orders" page in your account. Please use the provided tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.
Pre-orders & Shipping
Payment for the items are processed immediately at the checkout, not when the item is shipped out.
An estimated release date is provided for pre-orders, but please be aware that this date is not guaranteed. We will keep you posted!
If your order includes a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. To arrange separate shipments, kindly reach out to insteadjewelry@gmail.com, or consider placing two separate orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We take no responsibility and will not provide refunds, exchanges, or replacements for packages affected by loss, theft, being unclaimed, refused, or deemed undeliverable. Should you face any delivery-related challenges, please get in touch with the carrier with the tracking number.
Damaged Packages
If your packaged arrived damaged, please contact us with information immediately.
