Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return policy from the day that you receive your order in the mail.

 

Please e-mail insteadjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. To qualify for a return, all items must be unworn and returned with their original packaging, accompanied with the order's original receipt. If these requirements are unmet, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer.

Once we approve the return, the customer has two options:

  1. The customer organizes return shipping themselves.
  2. We provide a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions, deducting the label's cost from your total refund amount.

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and the original shipping fee. Duties/taxes (if applicable) will not be refunded.

 

We will not be held accountable for any packages lost or damaged along the way.

 

Once we've received and assessed the item(s) you would like to return, we will process the refundable amount back to your original form of payment. If the original form of payment is unavailable, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

Should items be sent back to the customer, shipping and handling costs will be at the customer's expense.

 

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement after we've received your package.
